To remain an Independent, Profitable Commercial Brokerage offering a High Quality and Comprehensive Insurance and Risk Management service and, in association with Smith Robinson & Co, a Financial Planning Service to, predominantly, Privately owned Businesses.

• The Strategy
To increase our General Insurance Commission income by 50% within the next 5 years by the acquisition of new clients and the acquisition of other broker firms.
To ensure, as far as we are able, that our computer systems are maintained to the latest standards in order to take full advantage of Cost Effective Electronic Trading.
To continue to encourage our unqualified staff to become qualified and the qualified staff to maintain their technical expertise by Continuous Training and Training Needs Analyses. This will ensure that our clients are provided with the highest level of Technical Competence and a Clear Understanding of their needs.
